Returns Policy
1. Returns and Exchanges:
We accept an unconditional return/replacement only if the product is damaged or completely different from what you have ordered, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please reach out to our customer care for appropriate resolution. 

2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, you can login to your customer portal and generate a return request directly from there or you may contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product/different product.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product/different product.

Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including personalized or customized items, clearance or final sale items, and items marked as non-returnable. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer service team for more information.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect before processing your request.

6. Return Address:
Please contact our customer service team for the return address and instructions before shipping any items back to us. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.
